Efforts to Ensure Safe Operation
Sanuma Kotsu is a three-star certified bus company under the charter bus operator safety evaluation system.
We have been evaluated under the “Safety Evaluation and Certification System for Charter Bus Operators” implemented by the Japan Bus Association, and on December 27, 2021, we received the “3 star” certification as a bus company with excellent safety efforts.
From now on, all employees will work together as one to continuously renew the “Three-Star” rating in two years’ time, and strive for safe and secure operations with a high level of safety awareness.
Renewal Permit for General Charter Passenger Motor Vehicle Transportation Business
We received a renewal license for general chartered passenger motor vehicle transportation business on May 25, 2021.
The deadline is May 28, 2026.
Safety Policy
In addition to strict adherence to laws, regulations, and safety management rules, we are developing our own initiatives.
We have established “Safety Management Regulations” based on the Road Transport Law to ensure thorough compliance, as well as to disseminate the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism’s notification and the Bus Association’s “Policy for Ensuring Safety” to all employees.

Unique initiatives for safe operation

- 車両の運行状況をＧＰＳにより２４時間事務所で管理し、安全運行に事務所と乗務員が一体となって取り組んでおります。

- 車両側から異常の警告が事務所に入った場合は、事務所でも即座に車両の状況を確認し最善の対応ができます。
- Install digital tachographs and drive recorders in all vehicles, and constantly monitor driving routes, speed, and other safety driving conditions at the sales office under jurisdiction.
- Thorough labor management in cooperation with social insurance labor consultants
- Holding review meetings based on accident cases at other companies
- Improvement of safety awareness through internal information sharing of minor accidents (self-inflicted damage, etc.)
